Your right to return
You may return any product bought from Crochet Alwan within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law 181 of 2018.
If the product is defective or not as described, that period extends to 30 days.
Condition of returned items
The product must be in its original condition with its packaging and accessories, and not used beyond what is needed to check its nature and features.
Some products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons or because they perish quickly; this is noted on the product page.
