What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number and delivery address, and your email address if you want order updates by email.

We never ask for or store bank card details.

We use this information only to prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

We share delivery details with the courier only as far as needed to deliver your order, and we never sell your data.

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law 151 of 2020 you may see your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We keep order records for as long as they are needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations, then delete them.
