Prices and orders
All prices are shown in EGP and include tax where it applies.
An order is confirmed once we have reviewed it and contacted you to confirm the details. We may decline an order and will tell you why.
We take care to show products and prices accurately. If there is an obvious pricing error we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Delivery
Making takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the piece, then delivery takes 2 to 4 days. Write your size and colour in the order notes. For orders outside Egypt, message us on WhatsApp.
Returns
Your right to return is set out on the returns page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
